Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:00am - 1:00pm
The Role
Due to ongoing growth, we're seeking Flashings Operators to join a busy Brisbane-based manufacturing facility.
Working within a close-knit team of 4-6 operators, you'll be responsible for manufacturing and packing custom flashings used across the roofing and construction industry.
This is a fast-paced production environment where attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing custom flashings to customer specifications
Packing finished products ready for dispatch
Operating SWI machinery including slitters and duplex folders
Reading and interpreting production orders
Monitoring product quality and conducting routine checks
Ensuring production targets are achieved safely and efficiently
Working collaboratively within a team of 4-6 operators
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
Assisting with general production and warehouse duties as required
What We're Looking For
Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operating experience
Experience operating slitting, folding, or sheet metal machinery highly regarded
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to follow production schedules and work instructions
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on manufacturing duties
Solid commitment to workplace health and safety
Current Forklift Licence highly regarded but not essential
