Join Access Your Supports as a Peer Mentor and play a meaningful role supporting children and young adults with disabilities to achieve their NDIS goals.As a Peer Mentor, you'll act as a positive role model, encouraging participants to build confidence, independence, and life skills.
Whether it's supporting someone to attend an appointment, participate in a community activity, or grow their independence at home, your support will truly matter.What You'll Do:Support participants in their homes and communities to achieve their NDIS goalsEncourage independence and community engagementDrive or accompany participants to appointments and social activitiesBe a trusted support, responding to needs, incidents, or wellbeing concernsCommunicate effectively with our team and attend Peer Mentor meetingsCollaborate with a dedicated, values-driven teamWhat We're Looking For:Essential:Your own car,



mobile phone, and a full Victorian driver's licenceFull comprehensive car insuranceA current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain oneCleared NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain oneNice to have:Experience or understanding of Autism Spectrum DisorderGreat communication and interpersonal skillsAvailability for ***** hours per weekWhy Join Access Your Supports?
