Operating as an independent contractor, you will manage a variety of family law matters,



including:Parenting disputes and child custody casesProperty settlements and financial agreementsDivorce and separation proceedingsIntervention orders and domestic violence mattersYou will have the freedom to set your own schedule while staying connected with a team through regular Zoom meetings.Key Requirements:Admitted to practice in Australia with a current practising certificateMinimum of three years post-admission experience in family lawStrong ability to manage cases independentlyExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work remotely with self-discipline and efficiencyWhat's on Offer!
