Workfast is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Landscaping Team Leader to lead a team responsible for the spraying and maintenance of street areas, footpaths and public spaces across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Logan.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced landscaper who can lead a team, coordinate daily tasks and ensure high-quality maintenance work is completed safely and efficiently.

What you will be doing:
Leading and supervising a team of landscape labourers
Coordinating daily workloads and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
Performing landscape maintenance, including hedging, brush cutting, pruning and knapsack spraying
Overseeing weed control across street areas, footpaths and public spaces
Ensuring the correct use of equipment, spray packs and landscaping tools
Monitoring work quality and ensuring safety procedures are followed
Assisting with general labouring duties and hands-on landscaping tasks




Communicating with management regarding job progress, team performance and site requirements
What you need:
Previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience
Experience leading or supervising a team
Current White Card and valid driver's licence
Experience using brush cutters and other landscaping equipment
Knowledge of weed control and outdoor maintenance practices
Chemical handling certificate preferred
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Physically fit and capable of performing hands‐on duties
