You will be the first point of contact for patients, representing the practice with professionalism and warmth.Key responsibilitiesOversee front desk operations and keep reception running smoothly day to dayBe the first point of contact for patients, representing the practice with professionalism and warmthManage incoming calls and patient enquiries with confidence and empathyCoordinate patient bookings,



scheduling and follow-upsManage billing, payments and Medicare claims efficiently and accuratelyMaintain accurate patient records, including scanning and filingProvide administrative support to practitioners and the clinical teamAbout youProven experience in medical administration or specialist reception (ophthalmology preferred)Excellent communication, problem-solving and customer service skillsHighly organised and diligent, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentAdaptable and adaptable, comfortable working autonomously as well as in a teamCalm under pressure, well‐presented and patient‐focusedStrong computer literacy and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
