We are seeking Kitchen Hands to join a busy food service operation in Blairgowrie, VIC for the peak summer season.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure consistent full time hours over the holiday period and work within a supportive team delivering quality food to customers.
What's on Offer?
$***** per hour + Super Casual employment with consistent hours Seasonal role from 20 December through to the end of January 7-day operation Regular rostered shifts: 11:00am - 7:00pm Work in a vibrant coastal location Immediate start available Key Responsibilities Assist with preparation of food items, including basic ingredient preparation and portioning.
Operate fryers and assist with cooking fish, chips and other menu items.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils and food preparation areas.
Wash dishes, cooking equipment and utensils.
Receive, store and rotate stock in line with food safety requirements.
Support the Chef and wider team during busy service periods.




Follow food handling, hygiene and workplace safety procedures at all times.
Skills & Experience To be successful, you will ideally have: Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand, Food Preparation Assistant, Fast Food Team Member or similar.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
Strong reliability and punctuality.
A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a small team.
Availability to work weekends and public holidays throughout the summer period.
