Job DescriptionSummary: We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee the financial operations of our organization.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounting team, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and implementing financial policies and procedures.
The Accounting Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.Responsibilities:Manage the accounting team and oversee day-to-day operationsEnsure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly,
and annual financial statementsDevelop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulationsMonitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvementPrepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholdersManage the budgeting and forecasting processCoordinate with external auditors and tax advisorsEnsure compliance with tax laws and regulationsManage cash flow and oversee accounts payable and receivableProvide guidance and support to other departments on financial mattersQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceCPA certification preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financeStrong knowledge of accounting principles and regulationsExperience managing a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
