We see business growth and risk management as equally important, allowing us to deliver the best possible outcomes for our customers while contributing meaningfully to the success of Bankwest.As a Broker Development Manager, you will work closely with the Broker Support Manager and State Manager to build, develop and maintain strong broker and aggregator relationships across Perth CBD and the broader WA market.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategies to grow and maintain solid relationships across key broker segments,



leveraging data insights and networksEngage regularly with external stakeholders to identify and deliver on growth opportunitiesPartner with brokers to review submission quality and conversion, enhancing customer outcomes while ensuring responsible lending and ethical practicesBuild strong internal stakeholder relationships and collaborate across policy, process and productDeliver education and training to brokers on Bankwest policy, processes and productsWe are looking to hear from people who have:Proven track record of high performanceStrong lending background and experienceDemonstrated commitment to customer outcomes and service excellenceExcellent presentation and communication skillsStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectivelyKnowledge and experience within the broker industryOur cultureThe people, businesses and communities we serve across Perth and WA are wonderfully diverse, and we are committed to building a workforce that reflects this.
