The project has multiple disciplines including, traffic management, general earthworks, embankment widening, pavement reconstruction, drainage extensions, FRP, Guardrail, service re-locations, resurfacing & line marking.Primary ResponsibilitiesReporting to the relevant Supervisor,



you will be responsible for managing the onsite construction process and providing support in the field to assist with the coordination of all trades.The roster will be 10/4 and accommodation is provided, or if local the role is DIDO.On completion, permanent full-time work continues for the right person who is willing to work away on other rosters and projects long-term.About YouTo join our team, you will require the following:A min of 2 years' experience on a similar civil infrastructure road/bridge/pavement/drainage project –TMR or equivalentHave proven ability in leading the construction process by leading a team of multi-skilled plant operators and labourersPossess a strong work ethic and demonstrated commitment to the environment and safetyCapable of accurately following instructions and directions from supervisors and engineersHave experience assisting with the surveillance of subcontractors' and suppliers' work and materials deliveredBe confident in hands‐on day‐to‐day site supervision and coordinationAble to operate machinery as required and lead by exampleBe an Australian citizen/permanent resident or have a current visa allowing you the right to work in Australia.What We're OfferingCompetitive rate + uplift + site vehicle10/4 roster with Tuesday -Thursday rotationCamp Accommodation & mealsAt CMC, we celebrate diversity in all its forms and believe it makes us stronger.
