Cochlear is seeking a Supervisor, Maintenance & Calibration to lead a technical team across our Sydney manufacturing sites.
The role focuses on safety, quality and timely maintenance and calibration of critical equipment within a highly regulated setting.You will coach technicians, drive performance, and coordinate activities across Macquarie University and Lane Cove locations, with standard hours 8:00 am–4:00 pm and flexibility for site needs.
