Jobs Statewide is seeking a hands-on Branch Manager to lead our Transition-to-Work (TtW) team at Box Hill, Victoria.This is an opportunity for an established Workforce Australia, Employment Services, Site Manager, Branch Manager or Team Leader to take the next step and lead the day-to-day delivery of a contracted employment services operation.You'll be responsible for people leadership, operational performance, participant outcomes, compliance and contractual targets, while building a strong team culture focused on helping participants move into sustainable employment and education.What You'll Be Responsible ForLead the day-to-day operational delivery of the Workforce Australia contractTake ownership of branch performance, contractual KPIs and business targetsLead, coach and develop a team of Recruitment ConsultantsMonitor team and individual performance through KPIs, reporting and performance reviewsConduct regular 1:1s, coaching sessions and case reviewsAnalyse branch performance and implement strategies to address gaps and improve outcomesEnsure strong participant engagement, service delivery and employment outcomesDevelop relationships with local employers,
community organisations and stakeholdersDrive employer engagement and identify opportunities for participant placementsWork closely with the Regional Manager and broader leadership team to deliver business plansWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience in Workforce Australia or employment servicesExperience as a Branch Manager, Site Manager, Team Leader or senior Employment Services professionalA proven track record of delivering against KPIs, contractual targets and performance measuresStrong understanding of employment services compliance and operational requirementsDemonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing teamsStrong commercial and performance-management capabilityExperience building relationships with employers and community stakeholdersA data-driven approach to monitoring and improving performanceThe ability to balance people, performance, compliance and participant outcomesA hands-on leadership style and willingness to be actively involved in branch operationsWhy Join Jobs Statewide?
