The role focuses on strengthening psychosocial risk management, governance, assurance and organisational capability within Health, Safety & Wellbeing.You will develop and continuously improve psychosocial health and safety frameworks, provide specialist advice to leaders, lead risk assessments and reporting, and drive training, engagement and projects to realise
