Due to continued growth, PlanPac is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support our team across a diverse portfolio of projects, including new builds, refurbishments, and redevelopments.The ideal candidate will have experience in Building and Construction, Infrastructure, Contract Management and Contract Administration, Government Approvals, and similar.
This position is based in our Townsville office, this role offers exposure to multiple sectors, regional and international project delivery, and the opportunity to further develop your capability as a well-rounded Project Manager.About the RoleLocated in our Townsville office, you will be responsible for:Delivering various construction projects across the region and throughout the Pacifc from inception through to completionThis role is office based but managing offshore projects may involve travel to PlanPac's PNG and Fiji locations, as requiredPreparing reports, briefs, and project documentationPreparing project scoping, tendering, and procurement activitiesLeading consultant and contractor engagementOverseeing contract administration and construction deliveryProviding regular updates to stakeholders and building strong client relationshipsAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring strong organisational skills, a collaborative mindset, and proven experience in delivering construction projects.




You will be confident working with multiple stakeholders and adaptable to working across different regions and environments.You will also have:A minimum of 10 years' experience in Project Management or a related construction, engineering roleQualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline (desirable but not essential)Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholdersA solid understanding of contract administration and managementHigh attention to detail and a client-focused approachA willingness to travel and work collaboratively to deliver outstanding outcomes for clientsAustralian work authorisation is required for this roleWhat's in It for You?
