The role covers Sydney, Canberra and Adelaide with a focus on research-led design, WCAG compliance and cross-functional collaboration.You will conduct user research, craft personas and journey maps, and translate insights into actionable requirements within Agile delivery teams.
Office locations include Canberra, Sydney and Adelaide.
