With an established client base, trusted referral network and dedicated Asset Finance support team already in place, we're investing in the next stage of our growth and looking for an experienced leader to take our Asset Finance offering to the next level.
This is a rare opportunity to join a growing business and build a national division with the full support of senior leadership, reporting directly to the CEO.
The Opportunity
As National Manager, Asset Finance, you will be responsible for driving the strategic growth of our Asset Finance business across Australia.
You'll lead an established team, strengthen lender relationships, develop new opportunities and work closely with our national network to increase asset finance penetration across the business.
This role is ideal for an ambitious and commercially minded asset finance qualified who enjoys building, influencing and creating long-term value.
What You'll Be Doing
Develop and execute the national Asset Finance growth strategy
Expand asset finance opportunities across our existing residential and commercial client base
Lead, coach and develop the Asset Finance team
Drive revenue growth and increase market share nationally
Build and strengthen lender and industry relationships
Identify new referral channels and business opportunities




Support complex and high-value client transactions
Partner with state leaders to maximise referral and cross-sell opportunities
Monitor divisional performance, profitability and growth initiatives
Travel nationally as required to support clients, brokers and strategic projects
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
At least 5 years' experience within Asset Finance
Proven success growing an Asset Finance business, division or portfolio
Strong leadership experience and the ability to develop high-performing teams
Established lender and industry relationships
Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability
Experience working with SME, commercial and self-employed clients
Excellent stakeholder management and business development skills
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and genuine desire to build something meaningful
