This role is suited to an Associate seeking early responsibility, direct exposure to senior bankers, and the prospect to develop into a trusted adviser on complex, high-impact transactions.
What You'll Do
Support the execution of M&A;, strategic advisory, and capital-related mandates, including complex and cross-border transactionsBuild and maintain detailed financial models, valuations, and analytical workstreams to support live mandates and client advicePrepare high-quality client materials, including strategic analyses, transaction documentation, and board-level presentationsManage key execution tasks across live deals, liaising with clients, counterparties,



and external advisers under senior supervisionConduct sector, company, and market analysis to support both live transactions and origination initiativesWork closely with senior bankers to support negotiations, client meetings, and long-term relationship developmentReview and coordinate analyst-level work where appropriate, maintaining high technical and presentation standards
What You'll Bring
2–5 years' experience in investment banking or top-tier corporate advisoryDemonstrated transaction exposure across M&A; and/or complex advisory assignmentsStrong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilityClear written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detailAbility to perform under pressure in a demanding, high-expectation environmentDegree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline (CFA progression viewed favourably)
