We help architects, engineers, contractors and facility managers deliver better buildings, working closely with our clients to build long-term partnerships through excellent work.The roleBuild and update detailed 3D models and documentationSort out clashes and keep models aligned with BIM execution plansWork with engineers, architects and other modellers, including coordination meetingsTurn design changes and markups into accurate modelsMentor our junior modellers and help us keep raising our standardsWhat you bringStrong Revit MEP skills and experience with detailed 3D models and construction documentationSolid knowledge of mechanical services (HVAC, ventilation, piping)



in BIM workflowsExperience with BIM standards, clash detection and multi-discipline coordinationAbility to read mechanical drawings, specs and markups and model them accuratelyGreat communication, an eye for detail, and the knack of juggling multiple projectsExperience guiding juniors (or keen to!)A qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Drafting or similar.
