This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys staying busy, working as part of a team, and taking pride in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.If you like an active role, clear tasks, and being part of something iconic, this could be a excellent fit.What You'll Be DoingYou'll play a vital role in keeping our kitchens clean, organised, and service‐ready:Washing dishes, glassware, pots, pans and kitchen equipment using industrial dishwashing machines.Cleaning and maintaining dishwashing equipment and reporting any issues.Keeping kitchen,



preparation and scullery areas clean and hygienic.Ensuring correct handling of chemicals and equipment.Assisting with basic food preparation tasks when required.Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods.Working across a rotating roster, including mornings, afternoons and weekendQualificationsPrevious experience in a commercial kitchen environment.Preferred experience within the hospitality or hotel industryUnderstanding of food safety requirements.Ability to work under pressureMust have flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including mornings, afternoon and weekendsMust have full working rights within AustraliaSkillsTime management skills to prioritise tasks during busy periods.Attention to detail to ensure cleanliness standards are met.Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with kitchen staff.Flexibility to adapt to various duties in the kitchen.
