We're looking for a hands-on, enthusiastic Customer Service and Operations Assistant to join our team in South Nowra.
The role involves packing and shipping orders, local deliveries, customer service, inventory management, packing products, and other daily warehouse tasks.
You will also have opportunities to help with occasional pop-up events.Key responsibilitiesLocal deliveries using a company vehicleUsing Shopify to pick, pack and ship ordersCustomer service: face-to-face, over the phone, and via emailGeneral warehouse organisation and maintenancePacking productsAbout youPhysically capable of handling deliveries and stock (heavy box moving)Full driver's license & reliable transportComputer savvy, and owns their own deviceConfidence in talking to customers and building rapportStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsWillingness to learn about our products, their applications and how to use themA proactive, self-motivated attitudeAvailability on Tuesdays and Thursday is essential,
