Guardian Tactile Systems is a proudly Australian-owned manufacturer and supplier of premium flooring safety products, servicing the construction, civil, and infrastructure industries nationwide.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Warehouse Storeperson to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.
This is a hands-on role suited to a motivated individual who takes pride in their work, enjoys working as part of a team, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Production and assembly of products
Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders throughout Australia
Preparing freight consignments and coordinating warehouse collections
Liaising professionally with customers, suppliers, installation crews, and freight companies in person, by phone, and via email
Raising purchase orders and monitoring stock levels
Loading and unloading deliveries
Operating warehouse equipment and using power tools, including drop saws and drills
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
Assisting with stocktakes and general warehouse operations
To be successful in this role, you will:
Be physically fit and capable of performing manual handling duties
Have previous warehouse experience (essential)
Hold a current forklift licence (essential)
Hold a current C Class manual driver's licence
Have experience using basic power tools
Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills
Be proactive, reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
Have excellent attention to detail
Be able to work independently while contributing positively to a team




Show initiative and have valuable problem-solving abilities
Be able to provide a current National Police Clearance
Hold a Construction Industry White Card (desirable but not essential)
Have unrestricted working rights in Australia
