and operational support — no two days will be the same.Extensive experience in recruitment and onboarding processes is essential for this role.A minimum of 5+ years of HR experience is required.Australian work rights must be held at the time of application.What You'll Be DoingHR & People CoordinationSupporting recruitment activities including screening, interview coordination, and candidate communicationPreparing employment contracts, onboarding documentation, and HR correspondenceMaintaining employee records and HR systemsAssisting with policies, procedures, and HR administrationSupporting probation reviews and performance review processesCoordinating employee onboarding and induction programsCoordinate Workers Compensation and Return to Work responsibilities
