This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate customer records and supporting the delivery of ADA's contract services.Conducting garment fittings, measurements, and apparel sizingCoordinate day‐to‐day office tasks, email triage and competing prioritiesAct as the first point of contact for agencies contracted by ADA with professional serviceGreet visitors and personnel,



maintaining accurate visitor attendance recordsWeekly stock analysis and reporting to ensure KPI's met and inventory levelSkills and experience:2-3 years' experience in customer service, retail, or administration preferred but not requiredExperience in a fast‐paced, customer‐focused environmentProficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Able to perform admin tasks independentlyRights to work in Australia and current national police check or ability to obtainStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong time management skills
