The role focuses on delivering first-contact resolution and processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently.DutiesRespond to customer enquiries across inbound calls, live chat and administrative channelsProvide high-quality customer service and resolve enquiries from internal and external customersProcess transactions accurately using procedures, templates and knowledge resourcesIdentify and elevate customer issues, service disruptions and emerging trendsUse multiple systems and communication tools simultaneously to manage workload and document interactionsParticipate in quality assessments,
