Lifest HealthCare is seeking an experienced Disability Home Care Support Worker to join our Ipswich team, delivering person-centred home-based support.You will work around 60+ hours per fortnight with a consistent roster across Yamanto & Leichhardt, providing high-quality care to participants with complex needs.
Ideal candidates have experience with mental health, psychosocial disabilities and behaviours of concern, and hold a relevant qualification.
