Use the POS system to take orders while providing friendly, attentive, and personalised service to residents.Serve meals and drinks throughout service times, ensuring every dining experience is welcoming and enjoyable.Assist with light food preparation, including plating meals and preparing simple items such as salads.Support the setup and pack-down of events and dining spaces, maintaining clean, organised, and inviting areas throughout the day.Build meaningful connections with residents,
fostering a sense of community and belonging.
Previous customer service or hospitality experience is desirable, but willingness to work in a fast‐paced environment is most important.Friendly, people‐focused attitude with a genuine passion for customer service.Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in connecting with residents.Enthusiasm for working in retirement living and making a positive impact.
