About the roleTo provide both operational and accounting support to the Finance and Commercial Manager.
Assisting in the management of various service and operational agreements that are critical to the successful delivery of day to day operations at the Club and accounts receivable processes predominantly related to member accounts.Part-time (24 hours per week over 4 days).
Salary will be pro-rata based on the agreed hoursKey responsibilitiesAccounts ReceivableMonitor Accounts inboxRespond to all Member account queries (phone, email & in person) in a timely mannerAssist in the processing and receipting of payments, including monthly direct debitsAssist generating and issuing monthly Member statementsMonthly internal account reconciliationSupporting end of month and end of year processesReporting on aged debtors and collecting overdue accounts in line with the Club's policies and proceduresAssisting in annual subscription renewal processesOperationsCover Reception during staff breaks and leaveAssist with management of utilities and service contractsMaintain registers including Health,
