This is a critical operational role that combines both driving and warehouse responsibilities, ensuring the seamless distribution of frozen food products to our customers throughout the region.
You will be the face of our company on the road and the backbone of our warehouse operations, playing an essential part in maintaining our reputation for reliability and quality service.
This role requires someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple responsibilities with professionalism and attention to detail.Key responsibilitiesOperate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocolsLoad and unload frozen food products from delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling and temperature controlMaintain accurate records of deliveries, including customer signatures and delivery documentationConduct regular vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues or damage immediatelyReceive, unload and store incoming frozen food shipments at the warehouse facilityOrganise and maintain warehouse stock,



ensuring products are stored correctly and are easily accessiblePick and pack orders according to delivery schedules and customer requirementsOperate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts where applicableMaintain cleanliness and safety standards in both the warehouse and vehiclesCommunicate effectively with management, warehouse staff and customers regarding deliveries and stock levelsComply with all food handling, health and safety regulations relevant to frozen food distributionWhat we're looking forCurrent, valid Australian Driver's License, a current forklift operator's licenses are both essential.Proven experience as a driver or in warehouse operations within the food distribution industryStrong knowledge of vehicle safety checks and maintenance requirementsExperience operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacksExcellent attention to detail and accuracy when recording delivery information and managing inventoryReliable, punctual and committed to meeting delivery schedulesStrong communication and customer service skillsPhysical fitness and stamina to perform demanding warehouse and driving dutiesWillingness to work flexibly to meet operational demandsA solid safety record and commitment to following workplace health and safety proceduresWhat we offerManna From Heaven Pty Ltd is committed to creating a supportive and rewarding workplace.
