Casual shifts may be available to assist with annual leave cover, staff absences, periods of increased client demand, Saturdays and other busy periods throughout the year.As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play an important role in creating an exceptional patient experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of our multidisciplinary healthcare practice.We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, reliable, highly organised and committed to helping the practice operate efficiently and successfully.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide reception support to ensure the smooth running of the clinicAssist clients with appointments, enquiries and general administrative needsAnswer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely mannerWelcome patients, helping create a positive clinic experienceProcess payments and maintain accurate client informationScan, upload and manage documents within clinic systemsAssist with maintaining organised reception, treatment and stock areasSupport the team during busy periods,
