This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments, external partners, and customers.Parts DutiesSupervise after-sales parts department and ensure excellent customer service.Manage BO, SO, FO ordering and tracking.Oversee daily inbound/outbound parts operations and end-of-day inventory tasks.Use EPC (Electronic Parts Catalog) and maintain dealer computer systems.Investigate and resolve inventory inconsistencies.Conduct monthly inventory counts with finance and report results.Inspect inventory, shipping, and receiving areas weekly.Track ordered parts and manage external products.Handle other tasks assigned by superiors.Warranty DutiesApply warranty terms, processes,



and technical notices.Assess damaged parts for warranty eligibility.Review and process warranty documents and claims.Submit applications, input data, and organize claim files.Manage warranty records and data electronically.Check refund documents and prepare reports.Handle old parts recycling and management.Communicate with technical staff and departments, providing suggestions.Perform additional tasks assigned by department leaders.QualificationsEducational background:Automotive or related college degree or aboveExperienceMore than 2 years of work experience in the scope of automotive repair services or related industries.Previous experience in automotive service, parts, or warranty operations preferredStrong background in customer communication and documentation accuracyAbility to manage client relationships and support workshop operationsSkillsGood computer application knowledgeCommunication skills and good language expression ability in the sales process and related workMust have robust analysis, organization, business development and training skillsPossess a valid driver's licenseAbility to handle customer complaintsYou must be eligible to work in AustraliaReady to take a giant step in your career?
