Faculty Leaders provide leadership of their respective faculty, including curriculum and learning, teachers and pedagogy, and facilities and resources. Faculty Leaders play a critical role in ensuring the College offers a high-quality and contemporary learning offering that supports students to achieve personal excellence and readiness for future study, work and life.
A time allowance of approximately 0.4FTE is provided to fulfil the responsibilities of the position.
Oversee the curriculum, teaching and learning for Exploring Identities & Futures, Activating Identities & Futures, and VET in School subjects across Years 7-12.
Monitor the progress of students regarding SACE Identities & Futures requirements, intervening as necessary.
Lead and oversee the Australian Business Week program for Year 10.
Oversee existing and develop future opportunities for VET in School programs.
Identify and develop relationships with industry and business partners for student internships.
Work with the Careers and VET Coordinators in supporting events such as career expos and course counselling
