Job DescriptionWelcoming patients and providing a friendly, professional first point of contactManaging the appointment book, including scheduling, confirming and following up appointmentsAnswering phones and handling patient enquiries confidentlyProcessing payments, billing and HICAPS claimsManaging day-to-day reception administrationKeeping reception organised and running smoothlyCommunicating clearly with patients, dentists and the wider practice teamConfidently managing reception when the Practice Manager is unavailableSupporting sterilisation and infection control when required following structured trainingWorking closely with the clinical team to help maintain an efficient practice flowQualificationsHave previous experience in dental reception and/or assistingHold a Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (advantageous but not essential)Be confident supporting patients and working closely with the clinical teamBring a reliable,
