Naldham House is seeking Casual Section Waiters to join our hospitality team in Brisbane.

As a Section Waiter, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of service that define Naldham House and directly contributes to guest satisfaction and retention.Key responsibilitiesGreet guests warmly upon arrival and seat them at their assigned tables in accordance with restaurant proceduresPresent menus and provide knowledgeable recommendations regarding food and beverage offeringsTake accurate food and beverage orders whilst attending to guest requirements and special requestsCommunicate orders clearly to kitchen and bar staff to ensure prompt and accurate serviceServe food and beverages in a timely and professional manner, adhering to food safety and presentation standardsMonitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and respond promptly to any concerns or requestsClear tables efficiently and reset them for subsequent guestsMaintain a clean and hygienic work station and dining areas at all timesProcess payments and operate point-of-sale systems with accuracyCollaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth service delivery during peak service timesAdhere to health and safety regulations and company policiesWhat we're looking forPrevious experience as a waiter or in a similar hospitality service role, preferably in a full-service restaurant environmentStrong knowledge of food and beverage service standards,
