We are looking for someone who shares our passion for exploration and is committed to making a positive impact in the industry.Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate all aspects of reservations for our various adventure packages, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable booking experience for our customersCommunicate with clients via phone and email to provide information, answer questions, and assist with any concerns regarding their reservationsCollaborate with our sales and marketing teams to regularly update and promote our packages and special offersUtilize reservation management software to track bookings, payments, and cancellations accuratelyWork closely with our operations team to ensure that all reservations are confirmed and all necessary arrangements are made for customers' travel needsProvide exceptional customer service by efficiently and effectively resolving any issues that may arise before, during, or after a tripMaintain accurate records of reservations and customer information to ensure smooth operation and efficient communication between all departmentsAssist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve the reservation booking experience for both customers and staffQualifications:Experience in customer service, travel,
