Our state-of-the-art clinics are staffed by a team of experienced medical professionals dedicated to delivering optimal results and personalised care to our valued clients.Key responsibilitiesGreeting and assisting clients in a warm and professional mannerMaking strong connections with clients to ensure their experience is personableManaging appointment scheduling and ensuring optimal utilisation of clinic resourcesHandling phone calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information to clientsManaging patient records, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring accurate data entryCoordinating with medical staff to ensure a seamless patient experienceAssisting with billing and payment processing, and maintaining financial recordsCollaborating with marketing and social media teams to promote clinic servicesMaintaining a clean and organised clinicStock taking and coordinating staff sick leave and leave requestsAbout youPrevious experience in a similar coordinator role, preferably in a medical or cosmetic settingExcellent organisational skills with a solid attention to detailExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency in using office software,
