The role is casual (TFN) with a 2:1 support model and ongoing roster, backed by an experienced Disability Service Manager and training.You'll provide personal care, daily living support, and community activities while following care plans and safety procedures.
Flexibility across 24/7 shifts is required to meet client needs.
