This role suits someone who loves helping people, enjoys the satisfaction of closing a sale, and wants to build a rewarding career with a trusted, well-established flooring brand.About the RoleYou'll work across our showrooms, guiding customers from their first visit through to a finished floor they love.
You'll help customers choose the right carpet, flooring, or window furnishings, prepare accurate quotes, and turn enquiries into sales.
If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and seeing a project through from start to finish, this is the role for you.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers in the showroom, understanding their needs, style, and budgetProvide expert advice on carpet, hard flooring, and window furnishingsConduct in-home consultations and measuresPrepare and present accurate quotes, and follow up to convert them into salesFollow up on leads, enquiries, and past customers to generate repeat and referral businessAchieve individual and store sales targetsBuild strong relationships with residential customers, builders,
