YMCA Victoria is seeking a Duty Manager for the Drouin Outdoor Pool for the ******* summer season.
You will hold delegated authority of the Centre Manager and supervise on-shift operations across programs and services.Ideal candidates will have a solid focus on safety, the ability to lead autonomously, and a commitment to the wellbeing of children and facility users.
This casual role offers an hourly rate up to $***** plus superannuation and YMCA benefits.
