Fresh Island Seafood (FISHI) – Cannonvale QLD is seeking a Seafood Process Worker / Fish Filletter / Knife Hand to join our busy filleting team.
On-the-job training will be provided; experience in fish filleting is an advantage.You will work in a friendly, supportive team and have opportunities to grow within our family‐owned business.
Responsibilities include scaling, skinning, deboning, filleting, portioning, packing, weighing and equipment maintenance, with occasional delivery driving.
