, Availability Monday, Wednesday , and FridayAs a key member of the team, you will be accountable for driving sales, maximising profitability, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
This part-time position offers the chance to develop your retail management skills and make a tangible impact within a growing organisation.What you'll be doingManage and lead a team of retail assistants to achieve sales targets and key performance indicatorsOversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, merchandising, and loss preventionProvide exceptional customer service and foster a positive in-store environmentEnsure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal requirementsCollaborate with the wider business to support regional and national initiativesProvide coaching, training, and development opportunities for the store teamWhat we offerAt Uniform Group,

What we're looking forMinimum 2-5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the apparel industry but not essential.Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a teamExcellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skillsProficient in data analysis and using technology to drive operational efficienciesStrong commercial acumen and a track record of achieving sales and financial targetsFlexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a quick-paced, dynamic environmentDuring mid-January the on campus store will be open for extended periods.A Working with Children and undergoing a police check are conditions of employment.Since **** PSW Pty.
