These values uphold what we do here at Pathways Residences.Registered Nurses lead PCWs, respond to wounds, falls, administer medications and in particular, will have additional and specific night shift duties.About you:Passionate about delivering quality care to our older AustraliansExperience in aged care requiredKnowledge and understanding of: accreditation processes, codes of conduct, WHS, Infection Control, Compliance Management, SIRS Reporting, Restrictive Practices, and the Aged Care Quality StandardsAble to manage a team of PCWs, be computer literate, and have sound verbal and written communication abilitiesAnalytical, a problem solver, and friendly to work withA few requirements of the role :Relevant experience and qualification in nursing + AHPRA registrationRight to work in Australia + 100 Points of ID
