Prahran Bakery is seeking an apprentice baker to join our team in Victoria.
Start times will be between 3:00–4:00 AM, with early mornings essential.All products are made from scratch using authentic traditional methods, with hands-on training covering dough prep, hand moulding, proving and baking techniques.
Working days are Tuesday to Saturday, offering a comprehensive introduction to bakery skills.
