Mind Connections is a specialist psychiatry and psychology practice in Carlingford, part of a two-site group with Norwest, and we are looking for a medical receptionist for two fixed days a week, 8:30am to 5:00pm at our Carlingford practice.The front desk is one of the most significant roles in our practice.
It is the first contact every patient, family member and referring GP has with us, and it sets the tone for everything that follows.
It also carries real responsibility: referral validity, Medicare and DVA rules, third-party billing, and a full diary across several clinicians.
