You will work in across these two roles helping maintain the cleanliness of our brand-new facility to the highest standard including but not limited to our change rooms, reception area and assisting our pool cleaners when needed as well as servicing our guests needs in a casual role.What you will be doing:Treat all guests with respect and sensitivity, identify and appropriately deal with any issues that may arise from misunderstanding or conflict.Perform general reception administrative tasks including check-ins, sales transactions, answer phone calls and other admin duties as required from time to time.Administer first aid, evaluate first aid procedures and risk assessment as required.Monitor pool temperatures, chlorine levels and water flow.Maintain overall cleanliness and presentation of facility to company standards.Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the ManagerWhat we are looking for:The ability to deliver outstanding customer serviceCan do attitude,
