You will assist with daily tasks, attending to residents' physical and emotional wellbeing.
You will ensure the physical comfort and emotional health of our residents are met and help enhance their independence and quality of life.With kindness and understanding, you will:Provide personal care, including showering, dressing, grooming, toileting and feedingSupport residents with mobility, transfers and other physical assistanceProvide companionship and emotional supportObserve,



monitor and accurately document residents' care and progressFollow individual care plans and respond to residents' needs and preferencesEscalate changes in a resident's condition to the Registered Nurse or appropriate leaderWork collaboratively with nurses, allied health professionals and other care team membersMaintain residents' privacy, dignity, safety and independenceWhat you'll bringYou are a kind-hearted, patient and respectful person who is passionate about enhancing the lives of older people.
You share our organisational values of integrity, justice, compassion and excellence, and bring them to everything you do.What's required:A Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing), Aged Care or an equivalent qualificationMinimum six months' experience providing personal care in aged care or a similar healthcare environmentCurrent NDIS workers screening check clearance.Experience using electronic care management or digital documentation systemsAustralian working rights appropriate to the positionAvailability to work(insert required shifts, employment type and roster requirements).
