Part Time HR Generalist Opportunity in Sydney – Mandarin Language Skills NeededYour new company Join a privately owned and rapidly growing Sydney based consultancy operating across architectural design, construction, and property development.Following significant expansion over the last 12 months, the organisation is entering its next stage of growth and is appointing their first HR Manager to the business on a part-time basis.
With approximately 60 employees across several business divisions, this is an entrepreneurial environment where decisions are made quickly, and the HR function will have strong visibility across the organisation.Your new role Based in Chatswood, his newly created, standalone HR Manager position will give you the opportunity to establish the foundations of the people function and shape how HR supports the business moving forward.
Reporting to the CEO and CFO.Your responsibilities will include:Reviewing and improving existing HR processesDeveloping consistent onboarding and offboarding frameworksCreating employee documentation, templates and life cycle processesManaging recruitment across multiple business divisionsSupporting workforce planning and the appointment of key leadership rolesReviewing policies and identifying employment compliance gapsProviding practical employee relations and performance management adviceSupporting managers with feedback and performance conversationsStrengthening HR governance, WHS integration and people-related risk managementImproving internal communication,
