An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Legal Assistant to join a well-established Perth law firm on a permanent part time basis.Working 20 hours per week, you will provide administrative and secretarial support to solicitors across Commercial and Litigation matters.This opportunity would suit an organised, proactive Legal Assistant who enjoys working in a professional legal environment and is seeking a part-time position that offers a better work-life balance.
THE ROLEProviding administrative and secretarial support across Commercial and Litigation mattersPreparing, formatting and amending legal documents and correspondenceManaging diaries, appointments and meeting arrangementsOpening, maintaining and closing client filesLiaising with clients, external stakeholders and other legal professionalsAssisting with billing, invoicing and general administrative dutiesManaging competing priorities and ensuring deadlines are met ABOUT YOUPrevious experience as a Legal Assistant,
