We're seeking a proactive and customer-focused Finance Officer to join a small, supportive team based in Ottoway.
This is a varied position that combines Accounts Payable, administration, and customer service responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people just as much as they enjoy working with numbers.
As a key member of the team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, suppliers and stakeholders, while ensuring day-to-day finance and administrative processes run smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing
Managing Accounts Payable processing and invoice administrationCoordinating bookings for inbound and outbound deliveriesHandling incoming phone enquiries and providing exceptional customer serviceProcessing delivery documentation and maintaining accurate recordsLiaising with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholdersAssisting with reporting and general administration tasksSupporting the smooth running of daily office operationsContributing to a positive and collaborative team culture
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:




Previous Accounts Payable experienceStrong customer service and communication skillsConfidence managing a high volume of phone-based interactionsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong organisational and time management skillsThe ability to multitask and prioritise competing demandsA positive, team-oriented attitudeSage experience (desirable)Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
