They are looking for an experienced Payroll Officer to step in for a short-term contract, supporting business-as-usual payroll alongside a targeted reconciliation project.
The Role Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will support end-to-end payroll processing while leading a project to reconcile and resolve historical overpayments.
Responsibilities include:Processing end-to-end payroll for a large employee baseMaintaining employee records, timesheets and pay adjustmentsReviewing, reconciling and resolving overpayments as part of a dedicated projectLiaising with employees and managers on payroll queries and recovery arrangementsEnsuring compliance with relevant awards,
