Your New Role Our State Government client is seeking an experienced AO2 Finance Officer – Transaction Processing to join their Finance team based near Mt Gravatt, Brisbane, with free car parking.
Working within a busy Finance team, you will support the transition of accounts payable processing back in-house, ensuring financial transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
Your key responsibilities will include: Monitor the Finance mailbox and action incoming transaction requests.
Process and create invoices using TechnologyOne (TechOne).
Accurately enter financial data, applying appropriate GST and general ledger codes.
Manage high volumes of transactions while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
About You Previous TechnologyOne experience is essential.
Experience in data entry, invoice processing, accounts payable or transactional finance.
Some financial knowledge or relevant experience preferred.
Strong data entry skills, with excellent speed and accuracy.
Confidence using Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to successfully complete a Criminal History Check and referee checks.
Previous Government experience is not essential.
