Talent Quarter is proud to be partnering with a well-established GP Clinic in Neutral Bay to find an experienced Practice Nurse and Nurse Immuniser to join their team on a permanent full-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Practice Nurse who enjoys working in a busy General Practice environment and is looking for the stability of a permanent, full-time position with a highly competitive rate of pay.
The Clinic You'll be joining a well-established Medical Centre with a supportive multidisciplinary team, including:12 GPsA Practice PrincipalAn experienced Practice Manager4 Practice NursesA supportive administration and reception teamWith an established nursing team already in place, you'll have plenty of support around you while working across a varied Practice Nursing workload.
The Role This is a permanent full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, plus one Saturday per month.
As Practice Nurse, you'll work closely with the GPs, nursing team and wider clinic staff to provide high-quality patient care.
Your responsibilities will include:Immunisations and vaccinations as an authorised Nurse ImmuniserWound care and dressingsChronic Disease Management,



Care Plans and Health AssessmentsAssisting GPs with minor proceduresECGs and spirometryMaintaining accurate clinical documentation using Best Practice softwareGeneral treatment room and Practice Nursing dutiesAbout You We're looking for a confident and experienced Practice Nurse who enjoys being part of a cooperative, patient-focused team.
To be considered, you will ideally have:Current AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseNurse Immuniser qualification (essential)Previous General Practice / Practice Nursing experienceCurrent CPR/BLS and First Aid certificationCurrent National Police CheckCurrent Working with Children CheckStrong immunisation knowledge and experienceExperience with wound care, chronic disease management and health assessmentsExcellent communication and organisational skillsA friendly, professional and patient-focused approachThe ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a larger clinical teamWhat's On OfferMonday–Friday, 9am–5pm | plus 1 Saturday per monthUp to $50 per hour + super, depending on experienceJoin a well-established GP clinic in Neutral BayWork alongside 12 GPs and an established team of 4 Practice NursesSupport from a Practice Principal, Practice Manager and administration teamVaried and hands-on Practice Nursing roleIf you're an experienced Practice Nurse and Nurse Immuniser looking for your next permanent opportunity, I'd love to hear from you.
